Iskandar Allayarov is from Sirdaryo region. He got his Bachelor's from Gulistan State University in 2011. Then he has started to work at school 10 in Khavast district. From 2013 to 2018, he has been to overseas. In 2018 he came back to Uzbekistan to continue his teaching career. In 2020 he enrolled in MA IBM at Westminster International University in Tashkent. Currently, he is an English language teacher for local students here in the Khavast district in Sirdaryo, and he is studying his Master's simultaneously. By joining the ESN RPM program, he wishes to broaden his pedagogical skills, experiences and have the same professional experiences as many other foreign TESOL certified colleagues worldwide. He would like to contribute his share in teaching English nationwide. He hopes and believes that this program will help him to achieve his goals in the future.
