Tojiboeva Dilnoza has been working as an English teacher at school 13 in Margilon City, Fergana, for five years. She teaches 8-11 grade pupils. As a Regional Peer Mentor, she is looking forward to increasing her professional development, gain knowledge of the student-centered pedagogical skill, improving her English language skills with fluency, and better use of English in the classroom. She is willing to share all her knowledge and skills gained in training with other teachers in Fergana as a Regional Peer Mentor.
