Khujakhmat Sotkinov is from the Fergana region and received his bachelor's degree in Philology from Fergana State University. He has been a head teacher at Secondary School #16 since 2008. He is also a head of the primary labor union at his school, and he has worked as a youth leader in the past. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to improving his own teaching skills; he would like to cooperate and share his experience with other secondary school teachers.
