Albina Tadjibaeva is from Namangan City. She received her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. She began her career at an academic lyceum where she managed to show herself as a responsible, hard-working and reliable employee. One of her great achievements is that she helped most of her students enter universities. She has been an EFL teacher at School #33 since 2018. She is also a head teacher of the 6th Grade and has after-school activities with young learners. She participates in various professional workshops and conferences related to her career. She tries to plan effective lessons for her pupils. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to getting as much knowledge as she can and becoming the best qualified teacher. She would like to participate in the upcoming TESOL conference and leave her mark in the field of teaching.
