Shakhnoza Urinboeva is from Jizzakh and received her bachelor's degree in English Language from the Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute. She has been an English teacher at School #60, which specializes in foreign languages, since 2019. She is also a methodological association leader at school and helps teachers in her district. She has worked as a teacher-trainer at the Jizzakh Regional Teacher Training and Retraining Institute for ESP teachers for three years and has organized a number of trainings and workshops in her region. She learned a lot when she studied at a Teacher Training course at the London Metropolitan University in 2013. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to learning more about various ways of making trainings effective and fruitful for teachers and contributing towards improving the education system of the country.
