Rukhiya Usmanova is from Syrdarya and received her bachelor's degree in Roman-German Philology from Gulistan State University in 2014. She has been working as an English teacher at School #20 in the Bayavut district since 2015. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to experiencing the collaborative events in the English Speaking Nation program and cooperating with the other Mentor-Teachers to exchange ideas. She is also looking forward to learning and sharing knowledge and skills within the field of English teaching. Afterwards, she hopes to share her experiences with the teachers of her region. Her first and foremost priority is contributing to the improvement of the teaching and learning of the English language in Uzbekistan.
