My name is Shahnoza Muminova. I am an English Teacher. I have been working for 9 years at Ferghana Specialized School number 2 since 2012, right when the first President's decree was launched on improvement of foreign language teaching and learning system. So, I am glad I began my pedagogical career using new ways of teaching English through communicative language teaching approach (CLT). 

Besides school I have a part time job at Ferghana State University where I teach English and American Literature.

I am also a holder of CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate 2018 and TESOL Certificate 2021. 

This year I was lucky to participate in English Curriculum Development Strategy Project of Ministry of Public Education with British Council partnership. It was really exciting learning journey for me!

I have also studied Teaching English through English (TETE) course by George Mason University in 2021, USA.

Now I am working as the Vice Principal on Educational Matters at Fergana Presidential School doing my best in contributing to the development of Uzbekistan future generation's education.

As a Core Teacher Trainer, I am looking forward to dynamic workshops, I aim to gain a deeper insight into modern teaching approaches that can change today's teaching methodology.
