Olim Kodirov is from Andijan, Uzbekistan. He received his undergraduate degree in English and English literature from Uzbek State World Languages University in 2002. He has been a senior teacher in the English phonetics department at Andijan State University since 2015. He is also a part time trainer at the Andijan Center of Teacher Refreshment. Olim also attended British Council courses including DUET and TTT and has been successfully applying what he learned in his classes and sessions.

As a Core Teacher Trainer, he is looking forward to acquiring knowledge and gaining experience in the framework of the ESN program and ultimately contribute to the development of EL teaching in Uzbekistan.
