Kudrat Saidkulovich is from Gulistan, Uzbekistan. After graduating in 2003, he continued his education in world economy and diplomacy at Academic Lyceum. In 2006, he was admitted to Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, where he received his bachelor's degree in 2010. He then received his master's degree in international relations in 2012. During this time, Kudrat was a senior specialist at the Independence Institute of Monitoring and Forming Civil Society. He was then accepted to Gulistan State University as both the head of the Department of International Relations and history teacher until 2016. He then worked as an English teacher at a second Academic Lyceum in 2017. Since 2018, he has been working as an English teacher in the Syrdarya regional centre for retraining and professional development of public school teachers.
