Nilufar Abdurakhimova received her Bachelor's degree in the English language from Ferghana State University. She has been working EFL teacher at specialized secondary school 15 since 2017. Besides EFL teachers, she is a circle teacher, tutor and organizes some activities named "Conversation Club" and "Young leaders." From 2008 to 2010, she was an EFL teacher at Margilan Pedagogical College in the Ferghana region. During 2010-2013, she was an EFL teacher at Kogon Transport Vocational College in Bukhara. Also, she taught English at Margilan Pedagogical College in the Ferghana region for four years. During her professional career, she took part in several training pieces organized by American Councils and TFT training, organized by UzTEA. As a Regional Peer Mentor -Teacher, she is looking forward to taking brilliant knowledge through this program and sharing the valuable experience with other EFL teachers to improve their professional development. Besides, she wants to gain an effective learning process for English lessons and different subjects.
