Akhmedova Shoira is from Tuprokkala and received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Uzbek State world languages university in 2012. She worked as an English teacher at school #4 in Pitnak in 2012. In 2013, she continued her job at school #186 in Tashkent. She has been an ESL teacher at school #17 in Tuprokkala. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving her teaching skills and enhancing the job's knowledge for the future career. Moreover, she wishes she could add her contribution to enlarge education quality and keep co-workers up-to-date in their subject area. New creative ways of teaching, a friendly and progressive atmosphere, and constructive practical-based teaching are leading teaching aspects. The ESN program is opening the doors toward them.
