Oydiniso Fayziyeva is from Gijduvan, Bukhara, and received her bachelor's degree in Tashkent from Uzbek State World Languages University. She has been a teacher at school # 8 since 2009. She is also a tutor at school and study centers. She was selected as a teacher trainer in the Bukhara region in 2013. She worked at Buxara State Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of teachers and helped English teachers develop their pedagogical skills in teaching. Since 2017 she has been working as a teacher trainer in the Gijduvan district. She has been trying to share her experience and her knowledge with other teachers. As a Regional Peer Mentor - Teacher, she is looking forward to learning and sharing something unique and essential for her colleagues and country. She hopes this choice will be a significant change in her life.
