Ismailova Munojatxon Israilovna is from the Tashlak district Fergana region and received her Bachelor's degree in Foreign languages philology ( English teacher ) from Fergana State University. She has been an English teacher at school 12 in the Tashlak district since 2011. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to learning new things related to teaching techniques, improving language skills, fluency, and better English use in the classroom. Her primary goal in participating in this program is to attain professional development and contribute to teacher training access in Uzbekistan.
