Saida is from Namangan city and received her bachelor's degree in English language and literature from the Andijon State pedagogical institute. She has been an EFL teacher at secondary school #13 in Namangan since 2009. She regularly attends teacher training and conferences organized in Namangan city. She loves her profession and runs extracurricular activities for her students. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving her professional and personal skills, and also, she would like to become a successful teacher trainer.
