Shahodat Mirzaeva from Saykhun town, Syrdarya region, received her Bachelor's degree in Roman-german philology from Gulistan State University. She has been an English teacher at secondary school number 4 since 2013. She taught at secondary school number 35 in 2012. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, She is looking forward to improving her English language skills to increase fluency and better use of English in my periods of teaching. She is trying to cultivate a supportive ecosystem of teaching and training to attain excellence in the English language and improve my pedagogical skill.
