Lobar is from Zarafshan and received her Bachelors Degree in German language from Tashkent The Uzbek State World Language University. She has graduated from the intensive language courses at the Republican Language Learning Center attached to Uzbekistan State World Language University. She has completed a retraining course for teachers and got a Certificate of a full- time English Teacher. She has been an English teacher at school number 8 in Zarafshan city since 2009. She is also an Inspector of Guardianship and Trusteeship. She has B2 certificate from CEFR. She participated to the Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program and had a chance to complete the UNCW program. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to polishing her knowledge base and skills, exploring various methods from theory to the practice of teaching English. Her exceptional attention would be paid to identifying the needs of learners and their individual characteristics.
