Sherzod Saribaev is from Dehkhonobod town, Gulistan district, Syrdarya region and received his Bachelor's degree in Roman-german philology in Philology faculty from Gulistan State University. He has been a secondary school English teacher at school number 1 since September 2020. He also teaches at Saykhunobod vocational school number 1, teaching six different majors through a vocational-based curriculum. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he expects from the program the changes in his teaching career and techniques that he can use in the classroom and real-life situations, making new friends, new experience. After finishing the course, he wants to share the pedagogical experiences he receives. Finally, he expects the strengthening the respect for teachers among society.
