Rita Seilkhanova is from the Takhtakupir region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. She received her undergraduate degree in Language Teacher Specialization at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute. She started her teaching career at school #8 in Takhtakupir 2005. In 2006, she began teaching at secondary school#5. In 2017, she studied short courses at Avloniy Teacher's Trainers Institute for English teachers' trainer. 2017-2019 she worked as a teacher trainer in Takhtakupir. Between 2016 and 2019, she passed the CEFR Test and received the certificate. In 2019, she passed the State Attestation from the English language and got the I-st category. As a Regional-Peer Mentor Teacher, Rita is looking forward to contributing to the ESN programme in Uzbekistan, implementing to improve all teachers' skills and learning various teaching methods.
