Tadjibayeva Nargiza graduated from Gulistan State University, majoring in English language and literature in 1999. After completion of the University, she started her career as an English language at Gulistan State University. In 2001-2004 years worked as the teacher of the English language at a regional boarding school of foreign languages. From 2004 to 2005 worked as an English language teacher at the University of World Economic and Diplomacy. 2005-2017 the teacher of English language at secondary school number 5 in Jizzakh city. In 2017 she started at secondary school 7 of Syrdarya region Gulistan district; besides, she is the head of the methodological unit of the English language teachers at school. As a regional peer Mentor-Teacher, she would like to research the problems the Uzbek teacher faces nowadays and find out how to help her peers in the program.
