Ruslan Abdullaev is from Djizzak. He received his bachelor's degree in English Language from the Djizzak State Pedagogical Institute. He is an alumnus of the TEA program. He works at School #1 as an English teacher with a higher category. Moreover, he has participated in various online courses to broaden his horizons. From 2014 to 2017 he was an English teacher trainer and held trainings for local English teachers under the auspices of the Public Education Ministry. The objective of the training was to develop English teachers' teaching skills, methods, and techniques and prepare them for the DTM tests, which allow them to obtain an additional bonus for their salaries. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to sharing his experience with English teachers by cooperating with American English teachers.
