Nazokat Bekmurodova is from Kasan, Kashkadarya and received her bachelor's degree in English from the Uzbek State World Languages University. She started her teaching career at the Pedagogical and Economics College in Kasan in 2001. Throughout her career, she has successfully prepared many college students for university entrance exams. In 2012, she co-authored an English book, English for Beginners, to help primary school students improve their English language skills. From 2013 to 2016, she was a teacher moderator for the DUET program, which was organized by the British Council. She worked part-time as a teacher moderator at the Teachers Development Centre in Karshi. Since 2016 she has been working at Secondary School #33 in Kasan. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving Uzbekistan's secondary school teachers' English language teaching skills with the goal of increased fluency and better use of English.
