Sanobar Boymanova is from Muzrabat and received her bachelor's degree in Roman-German Philology and English Language from Uzbek State World Languages University. She also earned an online TESOL certificate of completion from Arizona State University. She has been a teacher at Muzrabat Pedagogical College since 2003. She is also an English teacher methodologist for Muzrabat district. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to encouraging and sharing knowledge with teachers who will participate in her training courses in this program.
