Rokhila Yusupovna Gaffarova received her bachelor's degree in English Philology from the Uzbek State World Languages University in 2008. She worked at the Kitab Social and Economical College from 2008 to 2010. Since 2010, she has been working as an English teacher at Secondary School #10 in Kitab. From 2015 to 2017, she worked as a teacher trainer in weekly courses. Her students have gotten first place in several contests. In 2019, she participated in the "Yilning eng fidoiy o'qituvchisi" competition and got first place for her lesson presentation. Through participating in this program she wants to enhance her skills, knowledge, and experience. She also wants to share the skills she has gained with the teachers of her region. She thinks that by using the cascade module we can reach a large number of teachers and, through them, an even greater number of pupils.
