Shukhrat Kalandarov is from the Navoi region and received his bachelor's degree in English Language Teacher Specialization at Uzbekistan State World Language University. He has been teaching at Zarafshan Secondary School #10 since 2010. He is also currently undertaking the coordination and organization of national and international English and Math competitions for students in the Navoi region. In 2020, he successfully passed the ELT (English Language Teaching) Proficiency Test in Uzbekistan. Shukhrat earned significant achievements in ELPC (English Language Proficiency Competitions LTD) events which were planned for the 2019-2021 academic years. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, Shukhrat is looking forward to contributing to the TESOL program in Uzbekistan and implementing student-centered methods of teaching.
