Khalima Khidirova is from Tashkent and received her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Uzbekistan State University of World languages. Since graduation, she has worked at Public School #123. Her responsibilities include creating lesson plans, managing the students, participating in meetings and so on. Of course, her most important responsibility is teaching. At the moment, she is working at Public School #331 in the Yangi Hayot district. She applied to this school a year ago and passed written and oral exams in order to work there. In addition, she is a teacher trainer for English teachers in the Yangi Hayot district. She is always seeking new and different methods and teaching techniques for both of her roles. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving her language skills and learning new methods for her job. She would like to improve her teaching technique.
