Marifat Ataeva is from Urgench and received her English language level in the Foreign languages faculty from Urgench State University. She also took several methodological and pedagogical seminars from 2013 to 2020. She has been an English teacher at school number 44 since 2011. During these years, she became a supporter teacher for her vo workers and participated in different pedagogical competitions. In 2018 she took part in the competition under the name 'Who is the best teacher' and was awarded as a winner in Urgench. From 2018 for about two years, she worked as a trainer teacher. The main reason to be a mentor teacher in this project is to enlarge her knowledge on the pedagogical field, share experiences with mentees, and find solutions for some teaching problems which English teachers face during their pedagogical years.
