Bashorat Kadirova from Saykhun town received her Master's degree in foreign languages from Gulistan State University in 1998. She has been an English language teacher at secondary school number 35 for nine years. She also works as a trainer of English language teachers for seven years. Her job includes training the teachers with authentic materials and appropriate knowledge that they will need in their teaching activities. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, I'm looking forward to getting access to ESN's base and using its materials to teach and share the experiences I gain. After completing the course and of course, I will conduct well-organised classes, the material and moral support of the Ministry of Public Education .
