Billura Ikramova is from Bukhara, Uzbekistan. She received her bachelor's degree in English philology from Bukhara State University. She has been an English teacher at Kagan School #21 since 2013. She worked as an English teacher at Kagan School #10 from 2011 to 2013. She is also a teacher trainer and has sessions once a week. She received her ELT Proficiency Certification for English teachers in 2020.She also received a C1 certification in ESOL International supervised by the Gatehouse Awards in the United Kingdom in 2020.

As a Core Teacher Trainer, she is looking forward to improving her training and teaching skills and gaining professional skills to impact the field of education in her home community.
