Sultonov Doniyorbek started his career as an English teacher after graduation from ASPIL (Andijan State Institute of Foreign languages). Since then, he has been working at school number 35 situated in Pakhtabod district Madaniyat village. He has IELTS and CEFR certificates. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as an English trainer at Andijan Teachers' Retraining Institute, where he taught the school teachers to pass CEFR, which assists teachers in getting an extra 30 per cent privilege for their salary. He still works at the school where he started his career and has some special private courses where he teaches pupils of different levels. He believes that the ESN Program will allow him to develop his career by exchanging experience with Native speakers and will enable him to get valuable experience from professional specialists who know their profession.
