Rajapova Fariza is from Karakalpakstan and studied at Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz from 2009 to 2013. She started her career in Academic lyceum N 3 in 2013 in Amudarya and worked there till 2018. From 2019 to nowadays, she has been working at school N 1 as an English teacher. Sometimes she finds it difficult to teach English for different levels of knowledge of her pupils. By participating in the ESN program, she hopes she will develop her teaching process. As a Regional Peer-Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving her teaching skills. As an RPM, she wants to share her experience with teachers of her region and organize seminars and lessons.
