Muxabbat Gafurova is from the Kyzyltepo district in the Navai region. She has a bachelor's degree from Buxara State University. Now she works at Secondary School #8 as an English teacher. Before starting to teach at School #8 in 2009, she worked at Specialized Boarding School #38. Muxabbat Gafurova has continued her career as a teacher-trainer for the past 6 years in order to help the English teachers of her region. At school she is very active and has successfully passed the CEFR test for eligibility for monthly salary bonuses. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to helping other teachers have good English skills in listening, reading, grammar and speaking.
