Gavkhar is from Namangan city and received her Bachelor degree in English and French language and literature from Namangan State University. She has been a teacher trainer in the Namangan Regional Retraining Institute and an English teacher at the Specialized boarding school number 2 since 2010. For the past two years, she was awarded several governmental medals given for creative and active teaching achievements. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to teaching regional English teaching teachers to update the teaching skills and find out modern, national teaching technics.
