Rokhatoy is from Bukhara and received her an English teacher in Navoi State Pedagogical Institute from Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. She has been an English teacher at school number 15 since 2000. She tries to teach her pupils to read English books in the original to not depend on translations. To achieve her aim, she often organizes different competitions among pupils. She always motivates them. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, teaching pupils different modern new techniques and exchanging experiences with other teachers.
