Gulimxan Smailova is from Shumanay and received her bachelor's degree in Philology and English Language Teaching from Karakalpak State University. She has been an English teacher since 2019. She is also an English tutor. She believes that teachers should be not only a teacher but also a doctor, actress, psychologist, and motivator. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to participating in the program in order to gain some experience. She would like to learn how to teach pupils with useful methods. She thinks that this program will motivate all teachers.
