Gulshanoy Sultanova is from Margilan City. In 2013, she graduated from the department of Foreign Languages at Ferghana University, and since then she has been working as a teacher. The main reason that she applied for ESN is that she has always had a great willingness to enhance her experience with native speakers or mentors. She is keen to participate in various discussions on topics related to the field of teaching and to improve her speaking skills. Besides that, she wants to change her working atmosphere in order to challenge herself. She is always striving to be a perfect teacher and works on herself regularly. She has noticed that she is not an individual learner and feels more comfortable when she is in an academic circle. She hopes that through this program she will launch her initial steps for succeeding in her future career.
