Khabibullo Meliyev is from the Namangan region and received his degree in English Teaching from Namangan State University. He has been an English teacher trainer at the Namangan Regional In-service and Retraining Center since 2016. He is also an independent scientific researcher in the field of pedagogy at NamSU. He is responsible for conducting seminars on teaching languages for secondary school teachers and taking part in conferences on teaching foreign languages. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to familiarizing himself with the experiences of American specialists and collaborating with advanced teachers.
