Ismatova Khilolakhon is from Rishton and received her degree in English language and literature from Khujand State University in 1994. She has been an English teacher for 26 years. She started her teaching career at Secondary school 27. During her teaching process, she worked as a teacher trainer. Moreover, she is a member of the monitoring group of the Rishtan educational department. A number of her students took an active part in City, Regional and Republican olympiads. Besides, some of her pupils participated in the English Smarts contest and became finalists on the regional stage. Her main objective in this program is to widen her experience and obtain up-to-date professional skills. She believes that this program gives a chance to exchange her expertise with her peers.
