Sharopova Hilola is from Navoi city and received her bachelor's degree in Teaching English and Literature from Navoi state Pedagogical Institute in 2015. She worked as an English from 2015 to 2016 years at school N11 in Karmana. She has worked at school N1 as an English teacher since the 2018 year in the Karmana district. In 2018 she got CEFR certification for teachers and achieved lots of successes at work. She is also an educator and works at a non-state educational centre, "Ultimatum education". As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to exceeding knowledge during studying and creating new methods from using the acquired knowledge.
