Shakhlo Boltaeva is from Besharik District, Fergana Region, and received her Bachelor's Degree with honors in English philology faculty from The Uzbek State World Languages University in Tashkent. She received ETTE Mentor and PEER Support Training (British Council), Teacher Trainer (The Uzbek State World Languages University ), English Teacher Trainer (Fergana Retraining Institute, Avlony Institute, Tashkent, INTO Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, UK). She has been an EFL teacher at school # 11 since 2003. She is a leader of an English method union at school. She always organizes English parties among school children to develop an English environment. Her pupils win in different competitions, such as regional olympiads. For example, her pupil Ikromova Mokhinabonu obtained the 1st position among grade 9 pupils in the 3rd stage of the olympiad in Fergana. Shakhlo Boltaeva is looking forward to practicing and sharing her teaching skills by participating in ESN: STT.
