Khamdam Kurbanov is from the Urgench district and received his bachelor's degree in 2005 from Urgench State University. After graduation, he started working at School #45 in the Urgench district where he still works. He has taught classes for grades 5 to 11 (ages 12 to 18) during his career and has served as a teacher trainer in several seminars. He has been form master for several classes. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to learning different modern teaching methods and using them in local schools.
