Maftuna Mirzakamolova from Norin Namangan studied at the faculty of foreign languages at Andizhan State University between 2010 and 2014. This year she started her master's degree at Namangan State University to get a Master's degree. She has been working as an English language teacher at a secondary school N1 in the Norin district since the 2018 year. By the 2018 year, she had worked at the Norin academic lyceum as an English language teacher. As Regional Peer Mentor Teacher, she is looking forward to developing professionally with Core Teacher Trainers and American instructors' help. As a result, she wants to gain a TESOL certificate, an English teacher's achievement. She believes that ESN Program is a revolution for English school teachers. With this project's help, school English teachers can improve their knowledge and teaching, which significantly impact their lessons' effectiveness.
