Mashhura Mustafoeva is from Samarkand, Uzbekistan. She graduated from the Samarkand Institute of Foreign Languages in 2006 and received her bachelor's degree in English Language. From 2006 to 2007, she worked as an English teacher at the Financial Academy Lyceum. Since 2009, she has been working at School #205 in Tashkent. Firstly, through participating in this program, she wants to develop herself professionally. Secondly, she wants to be able to speak fluently as a native speaker. Being an English teacher at this fast-developing time requires teachers to be knowledgeable, creative, and social. She thinks it cannot be reached without beautifully and fluently speaking, though one may know other aspects of the language.
