Makhbura Qodirova is from the Andijan region and received her bachelor's degree in English language and literature from Andijan State University. She has been a Headteacher at 19th Specialized boarding school since 2016 and worked at school number 3 from 2011 to 2016. Currently, she is a headteacher at a private school named Elbrus Innovation. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to learning new teaching methods and sharing her experience with other teachers.
