Muzaffar is from Gulistan and received his bachelor's degree in the English language from Gulistan state university from 2002 to 2006. He has been an English teacher at school 23 since 2019. He was also an English teacher at Gulistan medical college from 2010 to 2019. As a Regional Peer Mentor-teacher, he is looking forward to gaining deepen English teaching methods. Mainly, he would like to pay attention to writing and speaking as he concerns it is the apparent weak skill of English learner nations. As an ESN program participant, he would like to teach learners who have no opportunity to pay for tutors. Currently, he has a free club where wonders can increase their knowledge. According to the ESN teaching program participants, he confidently believes in wising his knowledge and skills in this program.
