Nafisa Muzaffarova is from Samarkand and received her bachelor’s degree in English Language Philology from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL). From an early age, she studied well and earned excellent marks and feedback from teachers. Since 2012, she has been an English teacher at Uramas School #23, where she also studied as a pupil. She is a well-known teacher and an active English club master at the school where she works. She is the only one who gets the 30 percent salary bonuses which is given to English teachers who pass a special CEFR exam among the nine other English teachers at her school. Her pupils have attended many contests and have won several times, including the English Olympiads for 9-11th forms and the Knowledge Contest for 5th-8th form pupils. She is active in almost every event concerning her field. ESN is one of them. As a Regional Peer Mentor Teacher, she would like to experience the US teaching system and incorporate it into her Uzbek classes to broaden her horizons.
