Rakhmankulova Nasiba was born on 30 December 1969 in Sho'rchi district, Surkhandarya region. After finishing school, she enrolled at the State University of Foreign Languages in Tashkent in 1988 and graduated from the university in 1993. She has been teaching English for 28 years. Currently, she works at school n47 in Boysun district, in the Surkhandarya region. She worked as a mentor in Tashkent from 2015 to 2018. She loves her job and working on improving her teaching skills. She likes to use complementary methods to interest young learners in the English language, like creating flashcards and new tools. She writes poems in her free time. Her motto in teaching: "Nothing risked, nothing earned". In her own words, she has devoted her life to learning and teaching.
