Nazim Berdibekov has a bachelor's degree in English language and literature and got his degree in Jizzakh State Pedagogical institute in 2016. Since he received his bachelor, he has been teaching English at specialized school N 31 as an ESL teacher. Moreover, he has been working as a foreign languages committee leader for three years in their regional office. He has been participating in Training of Trainers training organized by Rokyan International Consultancy, and completed 30 hours "Training of specialists for assessment writing skill" organized by the US embassy and achieved the certificate of active attendance in the "Teachers Development Test-1" in the Continuing Professional Development Framework. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, I am looking forward to enhancing my worldview and developing myself as a teacher and supporting my colleagueы and others to be high-ranking in their organizations and communities.
