Normatova Guzal is from the Tashkent region received her Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Uzbek State World Languages University. She has been an English language teacher at school # 3 Yuqori Chirchiq district, Tashkent region, since 2005. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to developing her knowledge in teaching students professionally. She would like to find answers to all questions which she came across while teaching. She hopes that this journey will help her to grow personally and professionally. She hopes that ESN Program will provide her with an excellent opportunity to learn new teaching methods and sharing these methods with other teachers.
