Oybek Fayzullaev is from the Uchkurgan district, Namangan region, and received his bachelor's degree in English language philology from Namangan State University in 2003. He has been an English teacher at the secondary school No.5 in the Uchkurgan district since 2003. Oybek has lessons both in primary and secondary classes. He is also the head of the school methodological association among English teachers. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, he is looking forward to gaining new knowledge in teaching English, practicing new techniques, improving his language skills, and getting a TESOL certificate.
