Muharram Tajibaeva is from Namangan region and received her bachelor's degree in "English Language Teacher Specialization" from Namangan State University. She has been a teacher at school number 36 since 2004. Since then, she has taught hundreds of students, some of whom achieved outstanding results in regional and national Olympiads and other competitions. For example, her student Muslima Ehmatjanova won the HIPPO English Language Olympiad in 2020. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to contributing to the TESOL program in Uzbekistan, implementing student-centered teaching methods.
